Description

Each workshop is custom-tailored for each organization to tackle the complex system problems that have been impacting team delivery.

We will model existing system variables to see the causal relationships between existing implicit and explicit ways of working. This will reveal opportunities for improvement and how to optimize the whole system for flow.

You will leave this workshop with a list of explicit changes that will optimize your team’s delivery and put you on a path of continuous improvement.

    Jeff Bubolz

    Jeff is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org, organizational agility advisor, and speaker. He has been a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team member and has worked with companies ranging from enterprise to small start-ups.

    While working with many teams across many companies Jeff has found that most problems are not technology problems, but are organizational structure, process, and people problems. Jeff brings storytelling, a broad array of experience, along with a collaborative approach to teaching and speaking. 

    Jeff takes a practical approach to teaching and coaching organizations how to respond to change and gain organizational agility. He loves teaching and using Scrum, but uses many other tools in the agile toolbox when the situation calls for it.
